Time is spent weekly going over educational concepts to reinforce what is learned in school.
Each week, we explore science through fun and exciting experiments, demonstrations and hands on learning. Some planned activities this year include Arduino programing, snap circuits, augmented reality sandbox and more!
Time will be spent where children can grow in their physical and social development through fun games, interesting crafts and other activities.
A snack is provided every week. Sometimes we will make this snack or use our community garden to come up with something yummy and delicious.
Learning Lab is scheduled to take place every Tuesday from 6:30 - 8:00 PM. 
The Learning Lab is a ministry of the First Baptist Church of South Plainfield supporting students in our local community. Our tutors include teachers and volunteers who dedicate their time each week to ensure a successful program. The Learning Lab is offered free of charge to those in grades Kindergarten through 6.
